For over twenty five years, BANGUS RESTAURANT has been delighting food lovers everywhere with its mouth-watering ways of serving up bangus. After all, the restaurant’s love affair with the milkfish is so passionate it has produced a menu teeming with all-time favorite recipes and exciting new concoctions.

Truly, if it’s about bangus, it’s right here in BANGUS RESTAURANT.  

Now owned and managed by Bangus Republic Inc., an offshoot of restaurant legendTri-Chefs Foods Corporation (owners of Takayama, Kyo, Capers, Crabs and Ribs, Ima, Cater Club and The Cake Station), BANGUS RESTAURANT has adopted a new look but at heart, it is still the same place where foodies go to whenever they want to satisfy their cravings for bangus.

The Bangus menu is one gustatory delight after another. For those having difficulty choosing, some of absolutely must-try dishes are our Bangus Salad, Grilled Bangus Belly with Sampaloc Candy Sauce and Crispy Kangkong, Garlic Mushroom stuffed with Bangus Sisig, Bangus Salpicao with fried Camote and Tofu Steak with Bangus Sisig.
